Once upon a time when I was but an innocent college student, I asked my younger sister why she’d decided to wear a zip-up hoodie out to party with her friends. Her reply? “Easy access.”
I couldn’t fault her logic then, and I can’t fault it now. Here’s your easy access to pre-order ebook copies of my new Victorian M/M mystery romance, Stoker & Bash: The Fangs of Scavo! The print edition will be available on the release date, June 7th.
Apple iBooks UPDATE: Apparently the iBooks store is undergoing some renovations until June 2nd, so perhaps consider pre-ordering on another platform. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are all at the mercy of Apple!)
Stay tuned for info on the Release Blitz, Blog Tour and giveaway!!
Hi Selina! I can’t wait to read a new story from you. I have read all of your LOTR fanfics posted on your livejournal and they were and still are ones of my comfort reads.
My apologies that I never left any comments before.
That being said, I’ve never purchased an ebook from any of the sites listed above. I used to purchase my ebooks from AllRomance before they went bust and read them on my PC as I don’t have any kindle or nook reader. I’m sorry for being so ignorant, but which site will allow me to purchase an ebook that’s compatible with a PC ?
Thanks so much and I can’t wait for 7th June to come!
Hi, Liz! So chuffed that someone from my old fanfic days is still reading my writing. I cherish those stories so much, and I wouldn’t have been able to graduate to original fiction without them!
As to your predicament, what format did you purchase ebooks in on AllRomance? .pdf? While I’m not the most tech-savvy person in the world, if it is the case that you purchased .pdf, I don’t think Stoker & Bash will be available in .pdf form. But, do not fear! What you can do is download the Kindle or Kobo app to your PC–I have it on both my PCs to check my manuscripts and it works great. The Kindle app is here: https://www.amazon.com/kindle-dbs/fd/kcp. Just click on the “For PC or Mac” option. Kobo is here: https://www.kobo.com/desktop
And with this app, you just set up an account and use it to read any books you purchase on your PC. The app and account are free (the books, of course, not so much). I personally recommend Kobo since you’ll get the books in .epub format, which you can then transfer to any ereader if you purchase one.
If this doesn’t work out, then we can negotiate something for sure. Thank you so much for your support and happy reading! 😀 😀 😀
Hi Selina! Thanks for the very thorough explanation! Sorry for the very late reply as I’ve been travelling. I followed your advice and tried to pre-order your book on Kobo as I’d really like to get the .epub format. Unfortunately, it says that your book isn’t available for sale in Indonesia. 😦
I’ll wait until it’s on sale (1 more day to go!) and try buying it from Amazon. Hopefully everything goes well otherwise I’d contact you again. 🙂
Heya, Liz! Just wanted to check you got your copy. If not, let me know and we’ll figure something out. If you did, enjoy!
Is there any chance that The Fangs of Scavo will be released somewhere other than Amazon or Kobo? I would love to buy a copy but me ereader is not a Kindle of Sony. I would love to buy either an epub or a pdf.
